Is Russia ready to reciprocate and make up for it's mistakes of 1990s. Is Russia ready to stand for it's Orthodox brothers. Is Russia going to send it's military and intelligence expert for building up internal security and external operations?
I think Serbia should look beyond Russia only and loop in other countries with similar adversaries for a strategic partnership.
