Serbia's Jeremic is "best choice for UN reform" - WSJ

He says that Jeremic's changes are "hopeless", "laughable", "pathetic", "weak"-and yet, no other candidate has received such a high profile endorsement like this. Now let's get one thing clear, I still am not convinced that Jeremic WILL win, he may very well not. But the fact remains that with his latest showing being his best yet, he is a very strong contender for the top spot.

And of course, Albo trolls come on here and do the only thing they can do, hate. Ya, Jeremic is weak but the entire Balkans could not produce another candidate that could reach Jeremic's kneecaps. Win or lose, Serbia is proud of his STRONG performance.

Actually, Russia has not once voted in favor of Jeremic's candidacy thus far. His biggest supporters have been China and France to date.

I will write an op-ed on famous newspaper Illyria on this and will interview famous dissident and anti-Putin activist Garry Kasparov.

You literally used all those words to describe Jeremic's chances. I'm not saying that Jeremic won't win either. I have no idea because it's not up to me. It's you who has come on here the last few weeks trying to sh*t all over Jeremic's performance so far as if he hasn't been one of the heavyweights in voting thus far. You are right, these things aren't won with endorsements but again it wasn't me predicting his victory. All these endorsements and his high scores indicate is the way you have described his chances is flat out wrong. Maybe write another letter about how Jeremic committed genocide at age 13 by killing 800 million people. :)

Unfortunately for Vuk though, this is not a race about receiving endorsements from entities that don't have a vote in the UNSC :)

As I already wrote to WSJ, receiving no response thus far, it is true that Tadic's government was pro West but Vuk's closest friends were Iran, Venezuela, pre-war Lybia's Muammar Gheddafi, Osama Bin Laden and Mr. Putin. What is next from WSJ and NYT now? Nobel Prize for Peace to Snowden? Don't get fooled WSJ, Vuk is Mr. Putin's fifth colomn to UN. And by the way Vuk is an Albanian name. Back to Vuk Jeremic now as I forgot to specifically list Iran's Ayatollah Khomeini and Venezuela's Maduro as Vuk's closest friends. While in the US Jeremic has also been involved in a dark relationship with Juana de la Caridad Castro Ruz, a Cuban emigree and sister of Fidel and Raul Castro who's been living in the US from 1961, known anti-communist. This can partly explain Americans' simpathy for Jeremic I guess, plus the fact that in America everything is upside down lately. Let me know if you want to publish something on Illyria, maybe something on Montenegro and the recent borders issue between Kosovo and Montenegro.
