Kosovo is so deep in the Serbian mentality and culture that you are teflonized against any other version. The battle of 1389 was an internal matter of the Great Horde/Tartaria called also the Roman Empire. There’s plenty of evidence of it like:

1/ Serbian elite totally vaporized after the battle because it had never existed as Serbian but was always Rus Hordian while Serbs were a sort of the Rus.

2/ The winner “turks” (very funny!) did not seize the land and did not impose their will, religion, taxes ect. but also run away after the battle …

3/ 13 years the battle Serbs could restore their soveregnity when Tamerlane destroyed the Ottomans (in Angora/Ankara battle of 1402) but Serbs did quite the opposite and saved the empire!

4/ There’s not a single sign that the Njemanici were not of Rus origin. Be it their Rus family name or the Uros title they always added or their Raska land or their Zakonnik that was too good for the small province or even the name Serbi that must have been the Siabri of the north-west (Moscow, Vladimir, Pskov, Prussia, Belorussia, Borussia) Rus land.

5/ The battle itself was mentioned ONLY as part of the Rus history in ЛИЦЕВОЙ ЛЕТОПИСНЫЙ СВОД, where you can find the SINGLE mediaeval picture of the battle. If we go to the details it will be a long list but nothing will change and you'll keep on believing that Russian Saint Dmitry I Ivanovic (Donskoy) was Sultan Murad I ect.

But I am almost certain that each one of these people has a soul and is thus worthy of a fundamental level of respect. We should not allow ethnicity to distract us from the fact that the only kingdom that truly matters is not divided along ethnic lines.

The peaceable Kingdom of Christ has never lost a battle at Kosovo, or anywhere else for that matter. And it never will.

There already is chaos on the earth. We want to dominate and control but that is not God's will.

I must say I find it odd that someone who believes that Serbia is God's political instrument for subduing imperialist nations is reading from a Bible translation commissioned by a former ruler of an imperialist nation, a leader who also happened to be bisexual.

And you end up with a highly literal (almost fundamentalist) reading of Revelation, following more the Pharisaic reading than Christ's symbolic interpretation of prophetic Scripture. I am interested to hear how you reached these conclusions.

This is only a problem for those who live under the Old Covenant. But Jesus fulfilled the Law and the Prophets and instituted a new and better covenant (Hebrews 8:6) by which Christ's followers are led. The emphasis in the New Testament is love and forgiveness.

Jesus is the King and he commanded us not to fight. How can we understand the nature of the Eternal Kingdom of Christ if we neglect the very teachings of the King?

That's a rather sweeping generalization to make about 350 million people.

What befuddles me about your statements is the assumption that your ethnic group isn't evil like 'those over there'--whether they be Americans, Germans, or whomever. Whatever precisely the faults of others, it is hard to imagine that anyone who has lived in Serbia would deny that equally serious moral infractions have been committed by Serbs living in Serbia.
