UN official learns about planned Kosovo settlement for IDPs
The concept of <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2016&mm=06&dd=14&nav_id=98309" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the Sunny Valley returnee settlement</a> in Kosovo has been presented a UN special rapporteur.

The corrupted politicians in Serbia cannot just withdraw the money from the budget and put that money in their pockets. They have to name a certain project in the name of which they can drain the budget to their own personal advantage.
Many projects like this were pompously announced before, the money was paid and no outcome has seen the daylight.
Even if the houses of that so-called Sunny Valley will be built, no displaced person will ever own those. The properties will be named after the persons close to regime in Serbia who will put FOR SALE notice on those houses.

The Serbian areas are the only places in Kosovo which actually make money, and with Serbian and foreign investment they will continue to grow.

Now now Anton, if Croatia can house hundreds of thousands of inbred Hercegovinian hillbillies in Krajina as a way of offsetting the population decline, even though Split and Zadar are now full of these semi-literate seljacine who give Thompson a job, the least you could rationalize is repopulating Kosovo with a number of displaced Serbs in a location that doesn't interfere with Albanians.
