Kosovo* couldn't even beat Finland who have never even made a Euro Cup let alone a World Cup.

Yes, but Serbian players that play in Europe are a bunch of prima dona's, this new generation has to learn the concept of playing as a team. See what happens in World Cup qualifications. Albania, FYROM and "Kosovo" have limited chance in qualifying, Montenegro came close to qualify for the Euros.

come now demi. you act surprised that there is politics in sports, very much the opposite of what you've been told. just look back at the past 20 years of international sports and see that politics plays a huge role, even though the political wing of sporting federations loves to make outlandish claims that sports and politics don't mix. see, they federation leaders are very much like government officials all over the world. they say one thing and do another. like clockwork it can be expected and counted upon.

Ukrainian passport is valid in Kosovo and AFAIK they do not need visa.

The problem is when the Kosovo team has to play in Kiev. They won't be let in. Unless something very usual happens ;-)

The best for Kosovars is to enter by road from Russia or Hungary and have cash on hand. Russian visa is probably even easier than Hungarian, all you need is the letter of visa support (US $18 - US $50 form tourist agencies).

Anything can be arranged with Ukrainian border guards and customs, all you need for Kosovo passport is probably 100 Euro / person in cash.

But of course Serbian documents would be better.
