No backing for RS referendum from Serbia's top officials
The meeting of President Tomislav Nikolic and PM Aleksandar Vucic with top officials from the Serb Republic (RS) has been held at the Presidency in Belgrade.
It's against the law to ask people to say what they think?

It depends what you want to ask the people about. For example, few countries, if any, would allow asking the people if they think whether they should pay taxes or not in a binding referendum, and for good reason. On the other hand, for certain other things, it is perfectly OK to ask the people what they think.
So, clarify what you want to ask the people what they think about, and then your question whether that is or isn't against the law can be answered :)

Not sure what that means, but people certainly do not have the right to vote in a referendum about, say, condemning a certain "factman" to death without due process.

2. Serbian Macedonia
3. Serbian Bosnia
4. Serbian Kosovo
By the way, you didn't say who should make a Vojvodina republic (since it is 80% Serb ethnicity

Its ironic that an illegal, criminal entity like Kosovo has the right to declare "independence" whilst Republika Srpska doesn't.
