Donating organs voluntarily may be a noble thing to do, but extracting them by force from Serbian prisoners as the Albanians did is still an atrocity and a war crime.

Do not forget. And let us not forget there continues to be a black market in organs forced or coerced from people who are victims or simply don't know any better.
