Of course, that's obvious since Kosovo has not applied for UN membership and no country can become a UN member unless it applies!

But I agree, as always, that the command of the CE of B92 forums sj must be carried out and the UN should change its charter so that Kosovo's UN membership process can be started by Serbia in order to give Serbia the opportunity to say NYET for the joy of all of us lol
