Edi Rama to visit Serbia, promote his book in Belgrade

Awesome, more initiatives of this kind are needed but this is a good start. There are great Serbian books (Ivo Andric comes to mind, for instance), which can be translated in Albanian. To reach the younger generations more effectively, however, both in Serbia and Albania and Kosovo, activities could be focused also on movies, music, theatre, etc. Books are great but they are sort of falling out of fashion in the age of facebook, youtube, and smartphones.

Why would you say that? The book doesn't contain anything to insult you personally or your nation. Why all this hate? It shows the mentality you have. I hope not everyone in Serbia are like you.

DONT EVEN THINK ALBANIANS AND SERBIAN WILL BE FRIEND EVER .I NOW THEM VERY WELL I AM MIX OF MONTENEGRO ALBANIAN AND SERBIAN BLOOD I DONT THING THESE PEOPLE WILL BE FRIAND THE BEST THING IS TO BUILD TALL FENSES AND BIG BORDERS SO EVERY ONE LIVES IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY

Building bridges between nations is the best and hardest way to do, so congratulations to both governments for putting the first bricks even why most of it is beeing done because EU wants it and not with a free will still is a good start. But to build a future you have to learn from the past. And looking at the past i do think we are still on the right way. Serbs have done so many atrocities to innocent people and a whole nation isnt looking for a revenge but just for a SORRY. Sometimes a sorry means a thousands words and helps young and future generations go along. Unfortunately i see a lot of extremists feeling from both sides and hopefully is just that ... feelings.
