The strategic partnership between Russia and Serbia is developing consistently, which fully suits the interests of the two countries and nations, Lavrov noted in the message. Sure Russia continues to rip off poor Serbia in every way. Making poor Serbia buy its antiquated merchandise with interest. Then again poor beggar can't be a chooser.
