Any Serb returning to the Serbian province should not have to feel worried. Each family should be armed with sophisticated weapons by the government upon return in case any cockroach tries to provoke trouble. If that be the case then DEFEND the family and do whatever it takes.

Why should they be forced to prove something that Albanians don't have to and anyone investigating that gets killed. Albanians support a culture of murder.

Art. 155 Sec. 2 of Kosovo Constitution

"The Republic of Kosovo recognizes the right of all citizens of the former Federal
Republic of Yugoslavia habitually residing in Kosovo on 1 January 1998 and their direct
descendants to Republic of Kosovo citizenship regardless of their current residence and of any other citizenship they may hold."

As long as they can prove their right to citizenship and ownership of property, let them come. It would also faciliate the prosecution of warcrimes. We have questions and some of them will have to answer them.

The reason why many dont return is not because they cant but because they dont want to. They left FRY and they dont want to return to RKS. After more than 10yrs they`ve rebuilt a new future for their families and many sold their property in Kosovo. Maybe some of the oldergenerations and some die hard adventurers will come but the majority will stay where they are. Out of convenience, guilt or shame.

I predict that less than 10% of all Refugees who are entiteld to come back will come back from Serbia. 0% in Gjakova.

In this case even if there're people who want Albanians to be jailed and/or convicted of criminal acts my question is would jailed or imprisoned Albanians be regarded as heroes if they loathe even harass inmates who are child or alleged child predators? The reason I ask is cause at least in America some inmates despise child predators to the extent where they harass,assault and in some cases kill them.The theories are that some of the inmates are parents,some were abused by predators when they were kids and that some children lose their innocence if victimized by a predator.Furthermore when it comes to Albanian inmates who are very patriotic might folks be understanding if they harm inmates of any nationality who committed crimes against Albanian children?

I was interested in the Законник Стефана Душана last week and I came to realize that there has never been any Serbian state before 19 century. And so were all other Balkan peoples including the Greeks. It would be ridiculous if such a small state with such a short history could have such an advanced Constitution that much bigger peoples on the continent could afford. Naturally you could not have a history of your own. What is exposed as Serbian history has little proof and many things are misinterpreted. Like the mentioned Zakonnik where all 20 copies contradict one another while there’s no original as you know. So my version is very simple : Serbian history is composed of the real facts of the times when Serbs were part of the Great Tartaria called in Europe the Great (Mongolian/Megaleon) Horde. I think that words Serbi and Sjabri (Сябры) were synonymous. But then you stayed in Europe and got mixed with your neighbors. Serbian mediaeval history is really great because you were an important part of the great Horde. See how many military names you have - Boic, Bojan, Voislav, Boris ect. See who were your Njemanici = people from Njeman River in Byelorussia. Also they were Uros/Urosh = Russians and they ruled Raska/Rashka … Russia is still called Rashka when they mean to harm us:
