Pristina wants "completely different format" of dialogue

Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has said that Pristina will "complain" to the EU over Belgrade's behavior in the Kosovo dialogue.

This is all for domestic consumption becasue Pristina must have agreed to something that Belgrade wants and it looks bad for Thaci et al LOL.

As long as Albanians claim some sort of autonomy in Kosovo with the threat of violence, there must be talks between Serbs and Albanians in order to keep the peace. There ought to be no other way.
