Video released of Slovenian man's fatal Drina River jump

The city of Zvornik in the Serb Republic (RS) in Bosnia has announced that Slovenian citizen Andrej Bauc has lost his life during a jump into the Drina River.

"Rescuers in boat are seen quickly approaching the site, but were unable to find the victim."

The rescuers were wrongly positioned. One upstream an the other at shore. Further more no divers in the water. How did they imagine to get anyone out of the muddy water if something goes wrong?

The event should have not taken place in this conditions.

3 boats - and how many people?! After half-a-minute, we see a second guy come in after him; but, he's wearing a life-jacket so that he may not dive under, after the jumper.

What. The. Hell.

They were RIGHT THERE and let the young man drown?! What tragedy!! :((
