So are they admitting that it was Croatian land all along?

Bit hard to take that seriously, given the number of Serb refugees still in Serbia. Perhaps the definition of 'lose' has been changed.

Croatia has prosecuted war criminals through its courts, a simple search online will show this. Though I agree the Glavas aquital is ridiculous.

I would rather see Croatia empty than than have a bunch of rats crawing all over it. For centuries the Serbs have lived on Croatian land then the minute an opportunity arises they think they can carve out a portion of it and create a greater Serbia. If you're going to live in Croatia then you must acknowledge that you are a Croatian, if you don't want to you're welcome to leave.
