And what is that? Recognize Kosovo LOL. They have already wiped their collective EU feet on Albanians by allowing the negotiations to start.

Germany wants Serbia to acccount for some embassy fire and vandalism which occured in Beograd in 2008 and how about what German Nazi did to all Eastern Orthodox Christian people in the Balkans and Russia during the first and second world wars? Will Nazi Germany ever pay for all the torture, rape, murder of Serbian and Russian people? Just look how horrific the crimes Germany imposed upon the Eastern Orthodox Slavic race in all of Europe, who will pay for all that damage? Let us Serbian people all remember not only the ones who were murdered by the German Nazi occupiers but also lets remember the Serbian prisioners of war who were tortured and starved in Germany death camps! Today we Serbians must see each other as ONE, no divisions of wheter we were Chetnik or Partisan! Only unity will bring us strenght and only Dear Mother Russia will bring us Liberty and Freedom!!!

They don't work with the others either. Serbia's protest notes are like its constitution, so very much abused that they don't matter anymore.

Serbia seems to have generally good relations - good.

They only bring this up when they are mad about the Russians. It's kinda transparent and sad. No matter what the Serbian Government does for them, there is always going to be some random hurdle and its because Serbs like Russians and Russians like Serbs, and NATO needs a cold war to exist

So basically we should update Serbia based on EU integration chapters and then bail out near the end when their ridiculous demands are orchestrated. Britain and Iceland were both smart. No need for the EU. Time for a SerbXIT campaign. We can have good relations with everyone while not having to be under anyone's umbrella.
