If and when the majority of Kosovo's population wishes to welcome something, of course that something will get welcomed in Kosovo, the same way that the independence from Serbia was welcomed because the majority of Kosovo's population wished so.
I totally agree with you that that's how countries should decide what to welcome or not welcome depending on what the majority of the population wishes.

I would arrange a referendum on everything Serbs want to clearify. And I would give different voting lists to every ethnical group to know what they want and to see who is loyal to this state and who is not.

Good article because its a confirmation what Vucic has also told to journalists in Washington earlier this year. Serbia can not join EU without removing the constitutional preamble on Kosovo.
