The USA and the EU have tough rules, right? Just look how the the rules are for the Nazi countries compared to the rules for Serbia! You see all this stress and pressure on Serbia and for what? In the end what will Serbia ever receive positive from the USA and the EU? Dear Mother Russia on the other hand is our life line! I don't buy brotherhood in politics either. There is only interest and nothing else. Russia included. But Serbia gets a lot more use from Russia politically than it does from the West. While Western companies invest in Serbia far more than Russian companies do, politically it's not even close. Russia supports Serbia in the UN while the West constantly stand against it. Without Russia, the self proclaimed state of 'kosovo'* would probably already have a seat at the UN. Russia also stood by Serbia when the Brits wanted to draft a Srebrenica Resolution that had some gross things like 10,000 women were raped which had absolutely nothing to do with any facts or reality. Not even the ICTY have found such evidence, seriously the Brits just made it up for shits and giggles. Without Russia, that resolution would have went through.

So it's wrong to say Russia treats Serbia badly. Of course many Serbs overstate this whole "brotherhood" nonsense. Maybe it's that way with the Russian people, but no government is our "brothers". But we can't ignore the help Russia gives Serbia on the world stage.

I find it very hard to imagine that Russia, the EU, and US care who will be ministers in the Serbian Government. And is there really much space for any of the ministers in the Vucic governments - or any government - to act independently?

Whose security? Why is Serbia more secure by placing sanctions on Russia? What is the benefit that Serbia achieves from doing this? What justice? NATO annexed Kosovo-Metohija which helped create it into Europe's hub for heroin and sex slaves where over 100,000 Albanians left in 2015. Crimea was also annexed and is doing FAR better than the failed republjik is. So no it's not out of spite, it's out of the lack of interest that exists for Serbia to turn its back on Russia. And most importantly, who is "our"? You have nothing to do with Serbia, Ustasha boy.

It's long to explain why but trust me Russia will always be by their (not your) side to wait them elect a national minded government. Since Mehmet II was killed near Belgrade we've shed enough blood here to have a voice in Balkan issues.

This is what happened between 1999 and the time Kosovo unilaterally split. For 10 years they fought over establishing a ruling government. As soon as it was formed, Kosovo voted to go. If for ten years they fought for Kosovo rather than each other, we wouldn't be in this situation today. Form a working government for crying out loud. Play everyone to our advantage as Tito used to. Friendly to everyone, beholden to no one!

NATO is not suicide club to conflict with Russia over any member so put this chapter 5 in one of the holes you have. Those are sheep to sacrifice as soon as the boss feels threat.
