Croatia does not have the strength to block Serbia even for a few months, let alone decades, "as some individuals have been announcing," says Dejan Jovic.
He's right on enlargement. Expand where you can. The Balkans is not a problem, it is true. They won't come streaming through because although relatively poor, families are just too tight to be apart for too long. And the people are generally good.
