Serbia was bombed because they would not let NATO in. The west did not nor does it care about Kosovo or Bosnia as its all a charade. The US wanted to establish a base in Kosovo as part of its program to halt any possible Russian expansion, which as we see today was a complete was of time or money.
The US knuckle heads were and still are today stuck with getting rid of communism. They have brainwashed their populace to the point that if someone wants to introduce a proper health care system all the international pharmaceuticals do is declare it socialism and the general population goes into an apoplexy.
Since the Albanians lost their jobs under Milosevic, how many are employed today? Surely since their liberation the west would have rewarded them with something and they would have industry running at full capacity, so how many factories are now functioning?
The true level of unemployment in Kosovo today is not 45% but 80% much like the US where they claim its only 4.7% when it’s actually 23%.
Since Tony Blair and Bill Clinton are such heroes to the Albanians, what have they done to enrich the lives of their admirers? Last I look they would not spit on them, but both lads are now extremely wealthy.

Let's all step back and look at what happened. Milosevic started fomenting tensions in Kosovo in the '80's. Albanians lost jobs so Serbs can take them. Ten years this was fomenting. if you marginalize a society, make them poor, then you will have problems. Even though the KLA was considered a terrorist organization, their support from Turkey, The kingdom of SA and various other outside actors all supported the aforementioned weather directly or indirectly. It's sad that Serbia did not have a better PR machine. Most geopolitical historians believe that Serbia was bombed mostly because of Bosnia, however, there was no political will at the time to do that. They wanted Milosevic out, and Kosovo was the perfect excuse. For 10 years after the bombing and Milosevic gone, Serbian politians were fighting for power within themselves and no government was formed. As soon as a government was formed, Kosovo quickly had a referendum and voted to succeed. The politicians failed. They should have been fighting for Kosovo in those 10 years after the bombing not who was going to be in power. All this being said, the Serbians in Kosovo have the right to live in peace and not be targeted to become victims. We need to protect Serbs in Kosovo, after all, they did not cross the border. The border crossed them.

i really dont know what to say, the bombing of Serbia was not controversial enough to bring about what Dacic is asking. Sounds reasonable, I think we would come to the same conclusions as Iraq, that a rush to war was unnecessary and in the light of Nuland's statement that independence was the goal starting a few years earlier, I think some kind of Chilcot report would reveal some very uncomfortable details regarding this bombing campaign also.
