In my opinion the EU needs Serbia more than the other way around. So, let Brussels deal with Croatia's problems. There's no hurry and, who knows, things work out to be better for Serbia to stay out of the EU and have bilateral treaties, with Russia in particular.

Are you falling in love with capitulation? Croatia capitulated last summer when it closed borders with Serbia and within 24 hours performed an embarrassing u-turn after Serbia announced sanctions on Croatian products. What about when Croatia blocked Serbia from opening chapters 23 and 24 and after being whipped by their German masters once again capitulated? Which parts do you love, specifically?

Well if they are putting Russia in its place then we have witnessed some of the strangest moves on the part of the European President who went to St Petersburg and the French Senate voting to lift sanction while Angela Merkel went on defending Moscow. You must be watching some strange TV stations.
The US is 19.3 trillion in debt and they have already signed on for another trillion back in May. So how are they going to do it? I suppose they will ask the Russians to keep on hold until they fix the F35.

Ps all this rhetoric from the Croat Kovac is fodder for home consumption. He has to appease the Ustashi constituents you know, elections are around the corner LOL.

Croatia is paranoid about Serbia going after those who committed war crimes against Serbs. It is Serbs and Serbia who should be demanding compensation for all the Serbian property that was stolen or destroyed by Croatia. Serbs were over 12.5% of Croatia and over 8% of them are now gone.
It is Croatia that is hiding its military records and being very slow at recovering Serbs' bodies.
Croatia mostly lost military and police - they were attacking the Serbian villages from the start.
Croat Tomislav Mercep is to blame for starting the war and killings in Vukovar.

Juncker is the President of the European Commission, though calling him President of the EU is sometimes used as shorthand. I've done it myself! Don't get too confused, like Frederica Mogherini the 'EU Foreign Minister', neither have any real power. Juncker is what they call 'colorful' (or as other call him 'a**hole'). Mogherini is just a person that the Council of Ministers and other speak through. She cannot make policy on her own. She can propose her own ideas which can be taken up by any or several of the EU institutions and under the 'Co-decision' procedure entered in to EU law, but as I said, she's basically a spokeshole.
