The primary reference to mental masturbation was icj1's argument with himself/herself that Harhoff and Amnesty Yugoslavia are not God. Notably, the only person who argued this pint was icj1.

Harhoff is not a God, but he is a UN vetted and appointed judge who exposed corruption at the highest level.
icj1 denies this fact.
icj1 denies ICTY's decades of farcical processes such as the Seselj indictment, trial, and verdict, and now on going appeals, all of which have been completely mocked by legal experts and analysts worldwide.
icj1's denial of these sea of facts exposes the ocean of seminal fluid between his ears and that, like his blind ICTY love, has impaired his capacity in basic reasoning.

We have a high ranking court judge saying it. That's the fact, and it's not my writing
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

So far you have not quoted anything written by a high ranking court judge. It's only been your words lol
----------

but facts as written by a UN appointed Judge!
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

Which facts written by a UN appointed judge are you referring to? Just asking because there are many such facts written by UN appointed judges...
----------

Snowden who blew the whistle on illegal activities of NSA.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

Yes, and he provided evidence for some of the things that he alleged to have happened. So what's your point?
----------

Most of us typical humans are capable of evaluating facts independently and discriminate good from evil without reliance on third party assessment.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

So, you are excluding yourself from typical humans than lol
----------

For example, and in contrast to you, the vast majority of reasonable humans who follow the details of NSA operations consider Snowden's revelations to be credible.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

Not sure where the contrast is! But, anyway, please provide the evidence about the "vast majority of reasonable humans".

icj1

pre 7 godina

Similarly, the vast majority of reputable jurists who've followed the ICTY farce consider Harhoffs corroboration of ICTY's politically biased judgements to be credible.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

I have no doubt that, not just the vast majority, but 100% of the "reputable jurists" called "Amnesty Yugoslavia" are capable of considering credible anything written anywhere, even if there is not any evidence or fact supporting it.
----------

I'm sorry that your limited mental capacity precludes you from performing such basic assessments.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

You'd find few people, if any, who have the mental capacity to understand your mental masturbations, mate :)
----------

Your repeated reliance on third parties to assess credibility is certainly no surprise to me and other regular B92 commentators.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

Given that your evidence supporting what you write seldom is anything other than because you said so, I totally agree that it should not come as a surprise to anybody that few people, if any, would use anything but you to assess credibility!
----------

We are consistent in not expecting elementary reasoning from a blind ICTY apologist.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 14 July 2016 21:46)

Well, there is not much to reason about your mental masturbations, mate, so yes you are correct not to expect it lol

A rare expert inside whistleblower analogous to Snowden who blew the whistle on illegal activities of NSA.

Most of us typical humans are capable of evaluating facts independently and discriminate good from evil without reliance on third party assessment. You must be frustrated as you are clearly not in this category of human intellect.

For example, and in contrast to you, the vast majority of reasonable humans who follow the details of NSA operations consider Snowden's revelations to be credible. They do not need a "court judgement" to perform such pedestrian discrimination, on their behalf. Similarly, the vast majority of reputable jurists who've followed the ICTY farce consider Harhoffs corroboration of ICTY's politically biased judgements to be credible.

Oops sorry for confusing you with another "Amnesty Yugoslavia" who suggested that ICTY's job included solving murder cases in Serbia.
(icj1, 12 July 2016 21:52)

You're a Reader who can't read. I never write those words. I did suggest the Butyqi family also direct their letter to the ICTY and ask the ICTY how 3 billion dollars were spent investigating alleged war crimes. Such a magnitude of resources should have included an investigation into their case (if not, why was it ignored?)
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 13 July 2016 02:38)

It was ignored because ICTY is not Serbia's criminal court. Why should ICTY deal with the Butyqi murder and not with every murder that is committed in Serbia?! Unless, of course, you are suggesting that ICTY should become Serbia's criminal court.

I'm assuming you used your brain to think about the reasons supporting what you wrote, and you did not mention a random court, and the first one that came to your mind was ICTY given your obsession with it!

Come on mate, you are a distinguished legal expert, but even the Butyqi family appears to know more than you about which courts have jurisdiction to solve murder cases in Serbia lol

icj1

So you have no reference where a court judgement has established beyond reasonable doubt that "ICTY's job usurped justice and effected political decisions by Meron", whatever that means. So your writing can safely be ignored then as not supported by facts :)
(icj1, 12 July 2016 21:52)

Fact: A UN appointed judge's writings unequivocally condemned the ICTY and its US president. That you and other ICTY apologists ignore this fact, is your problem.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 13 July 2016 02:38)

Nobody questioned the point that Harhoff "unequivocally condemned the ICTY and its US president", whatever that means. Indeed, I wrote already that "I have no doubt that according to a certain Amnesty Yugoslavia or Harhoff that is the case". But, if such juvenile mental masturbation helps you to agree with yourself, so be it :)

So, now the question is whether your writing that "ICTY's job usurped justice and effected political decisions by Meron" (whatever that means) is a fact established beyond reasonable doubt? Do you have a court judgement that says that? If not, your writing can safely be ignored as not supported by facts. Allegations or conspiracy theories don't become facts just because a certain Amnesty Yugoslavia writes them!

Dude, you’re using ICTY (il)logic and fabricating inferences. I never proposed ICTY become Serbia’s criminal court. The ICTY farce was (past tense) responsible for investigating war crimes. 3 billion dollars should have been sufficient resources to investigate the Bytyqi case, particularly as many of the area’s police and judicial institutions were targeted and destroyed by NATO in 1999. Bytyqi's should ask where are 3 billion dollars worth of (direct) evidence, and why was it not transferred to the re-established local courts?

icj1

According to the ICTY's own judge Harhoff, it's job usurped justice and effected political decisions by Meron. All at a cost of 3 billion dollars. A "job" indeed.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 11 July 2016 07:11)

I have no doubt that according to a certain Amnesty Yugoslavia or Harhoff that is the case, but Amnesty Yugoslavia or Harhoff are not God to establish universal truth.

Please provide a reference where a court judgement has established beyond resonance doubt that "ICTY's job usurped justice and effected political decisions by Mero". Things don't become facts just because somebody says so!

In other words, if I were to tell you that you are a criminal, I hope you'd have a bit of self-respect and won't accept it just because somebody said so :)

The other thing that I find perplexing is that you are proposing ICTY to become Serbia's criminal court as if ICTY would do a better job than Serbia at that, while at the same time considering ICTY to be a failure. You have some challenges in logical thinking mate lol

Technically, it is very easy to solve the case. The place and time of the crime are known. Not in the woods, by strangers, but in the police station and MUP people. Vucic himself promised he would take care of this. Nothing has happened so far. Because murderers still govern in Serbia. The same kind of people who blow up buildings in Belgrade.

But while we're on the subject of people getting killed after official conflict ceased, how's about we talk about all those Serb civilians in Kosovo that conveniently wound up murdered in all sorts of creative manners and not a single Albanian ever being caught? The worst this article shows is that there's some people within Serbia as low and despicable as you guys except these three brothers *were* combatants while the Serbs in Kosovo killed were civilians.

Albanians, Nato bombing, Tudjman, Ustashe, killed Serb civilains... Did you use a Slobo Quote Generator for your comment. Most things are not even related to one another nor to what I said or to what the article is all about.

Everything you just commented is proving my point. Still the same delusional paranoia from Slobo brainwash. Its all just in your head. You wont find any comment from an albanian praising the dead of unarmed captives. You are just implying something based on your twisted mind. Even the Nato bombing was not our choice, it was your choice. You were given time to retreat and stop the aggression. No one wanted the war, you choose for war. All you had to do was accept that Kosovo does not want to stay with you anymore. Here we are now. The outcome was inevitable, the war was unnecessary.

Why Not blame the court with the greatest resources? If a war crime or interethnic extra judicial mass murder occurred in 1999, then the ICTY, which had 10 000 - fold greater financial resources than local judiciaries, should have used a small fraction of its cumulative 3 billion dollar budget to provide us with the evidence.
Why aren't the signatories of this letter directing their rage at the ICTY judicial farce that squandered billions in resources on frivolous political witch-hunts and ignored actual war crimes?
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 9 July 2016 05:38)

I feel sorry mate that your obsession with ICTY does not let you sleep at night lol

ICTY has already provided the evidence about the war crimes and crimes against humanity that members of the Serb forces committed in Kosovo and convicted those responsible for the grave violations of international humanitarian law in Kosovo. So ICTY has done its job.

As for the murder of the Bytyqi brothers, that is not something that is under ICTY's jurisdiction. But if you want ICTY to become Serbia's criminal court because Serbia's courts are a failure, please feel free to ask the UNSC to change ICTY's statute and make that happen.

Serbia is still practicing State Terror coordinated in Russia and executed by top officials on all levels of its institutions. Just visit Preshev - nothing new.

Serbs are still racial prejudices towards ordinary citizens of former Yugoslavia - nothing new

Fact: Ordinary civilian Serbs in Kosovo could do whatever they wanted to Albanians. Be it, kick them out of their job (segregation), beat them on the street (aggravated assault), take their possession (robbing), evict them from their homes (exodus) and murder (ethnic cleansing) there were no court where Albanians could seek justice. Still going on today.

If those three brothers did violate any law of Serbia, they served the time. But they didn’t that’s why they were set free so fast: Court case state that the brothers were sentence for trespassing – nothing else.

Fact: Serbian NGO has evidence of thousands of cases, where Serbian civilian kidnapped people of the street Kosovë – drove them to military facilities around Serbia and sold them to the highest better. Belgrade and Skopje swarmed with Russian doctors in the ’90.

Bytyqi brothers, like thousands of others innocent people of Albanian, Croatian, Bosnian and Vlah decent, were victims of the State Terror Machine, victims of a hate so embedded so deep in Serbs that False flag terrorism still is a mean, killing their own babies - nothing new

There has never, dose not and will never exist a Neutral Serbia – Wake up people!

a) terrorists
b) left american passports behind to hide origin
c) did not identify themselves or wore clothing identifying themselves as KLA
d) mission unknown - claimed they were going home, but what proof?

The Geneva Convention:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unlawful_combatant
-
"apply in wars between two or more sovereign states".
-
Article 4 of Third Geneva Convention does describe categories under which a person may be entitled to POW status, and there are other international treaties that deny lawful combatant status for mercenaries and children

The rules are of course different for the United States as anyone over the age of 12 and male is considered an "illegal enemy combatant" and can be killed on the spot, by a drone for example.

You're all missing a key point. These 3 young men were not captured on a battlefield. The Kosovo war had been over for several weeks, when their car was stopped at a police checkpoint (they were driving a Roma neighbor from Prizren to Prokuplje, at his request) and the 3 were charged with a visa violation. For that violation, they were sentenced to a short jail term, which they served. When the 3 brothers exited the jail, they were kidnapped at the door by men driving a Serbian Interior Ministry car. They were taken to the police training ground at Petrovo Selo in eastern Serbia, where they were shot in the back of the head, their hands tied with wire, and their bodies were dumped in a mass grave. This was a crime, a cold-blooded act of murder committed in peacetime -- not an act of war.

That's rich coming from someone who can't/won't tell the difference between civilians and paramilitary in Djakovica. It's also rich considering the dozens and dozens of incidents where Serb children, elderly, and other civilians have been killed in cold blooded murder in Kosovo since 1999.

I don't think USA wants sympathy, only normal justice.

I dont think you undertand "killed in combat" means. These guys were tied and executed.
Perhaps some authorities reading your posts will decide you are a terrorist, they will come to your house and remove you to a police station.
They wont tell your family where they are taking you.
They will shoot you in the back of the head and take your body to a forest. They will take your ID papers and burn them and maybe cover your body with lime to help decomposition.
Would that be ok? It would not be OK by me, whether you are Albaina or Serb or a wanna-be terrorist.
Seems that you are ok with this as long as the victim is Albanian.

These three were idiots, there seems to be no doubt about that and maybe even terrorists, but its not up to some bored cop to decide who to executed and who is not.

You forgot to mention all the other civilians mentioned in the article.
If there were all terrorists and soldiers, how come Serbia was hiding the bodies and not one official in Serbia has the guts to stand up and say

The Geneva Convention:

"apply in wars between two or more sovereign states".
-
Article 4 of Third Geneva Convention does describe categories under which a person may be entitled to POW status, and there are other international treaties that deny lawful combatant status for mercenaries and children

The rules are of course different for the United States as anyone over the age of 12 and male is considered an "illegal enemy combatant" and can be killed on the spot, by a drone for example.

"I ordered the execution of these 900 people because they are terrorists and here is my proof"

I knew the Bytyqi brothers living and working in Long Island,NY. It is true they join KLA and fought when the famous battle took place in Koshare, and this is the end of it. They never entered Serbia armed and in uniforms. The war was over when Miloshevic capitulated , and they did travel as civilians from Kosova into Serbia proper. End of story guys, and stop making yourself fools.

The fact they were killed in peacetime? Serbian MUP had killed many people in "peacetime".

Just another act of state terrorism. Business as usual for Milosevic Butcher & Co.

Oh whatever. They weren't civilians. They traveled half way across the world to fight for a terrorist organization. They shouldn't have done that. And I don't buy that they were "escorting Roma's into Central Serbia". They were ethnically cleansing non-Albanians out of Kosovo-Metohija. They were combatants that were killed in action, the fact that they were American citizens shouldn't matter. Serbia's government is under pressure just for that fact alone.

a) terrorists
b) left american passports behind to hide origin
c) did not identify themselves or wore clothing identifying themselves as KLA
d) mission unknown - claimed they were going home, but what proof?

The Geneva Convention:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unlawful_combatant
-
"apply in wars between two or more sovereign states".
-
Article 4 of Third Geneva Convention does describe categories under which a person may be entitled to POW status, and there are other international treaties that deny lawful combatant status for mercenaries and children

The rules are of course different for the United States as anyone over the age of 12 and male is considered an "illegal enemy combatant" and can be killed on the spot, by a drone for example.

Technically, it is very easy to solve the case. The place and time of the crime are known. Not in the woods, by strangers, but in the police station and MUP people. For example, and in contrast to you, the vast majority of reasonable humans who follow the details of NSA operations consider Snowden's revelations to be credible.
