First, police should not respond to the shootings in any way - that's a horrible crime if they do. But, if they still do, it's time for "international community" to react. How? We have a model how these things should be resolved - Rambouillet Agreement!
Just replace word "Kosovo" with word "black communities" and word "NATO" with, let's say "Chinese troops" or "Russian troops"and keep text the same.
Accords would then call for immediate withdrawal of US authorities from black communities - administrative, police, military...It would call for Chinese administration of black communities with deployment of 30,000 Chinese troops to maintain order.
Let's not forget Annex B that would give Chinese troops "an unhindered right of passage on US territory, immunity to US laws"
(Sreten, 9 July 2016 10:36)

Sure, all the above would make sense when the US whites start expelling hundreds of thousands of blacks from their homes and send them to Mexico and Canada and the US blacks ask for the Russian and Chinese troops for protection. Let us know when those things happen mate!
(icj1, 10 July 2016 21:40)

I would say that they have more reasons to call for international protection then Albanians did...
(Sreten, 11 July 2016 07:30)

But the US blacks are not calling for the Chinese or Russians to protect them, regardless of what you would say. That means that you are wrong. What matters is what they say, not what you say. What you say is irrelevant :)

The vast majority of black killings in America are committed by blacks, almost on a daily basis.
Where are the 'Black Lives Matter' demonstrators for these killings?

This is only symptomatic of an economy that is in free fall and life is getting more and more difficult. You don’t have to look too far with the State of New Jersey declaring a state of emergency on infrastructure. This State is predominantly white middle class and its road and bridge systems are falling apart. The rating agencies now declare that the US is 100% of GDP in debt but the real figure is 135% to 140%.
Sadly for the US the cat has jumped out of the proverbial bag and I imagine many African Americans now think that only force of arms will change the situation.
The state and federal officials can hug and kiss all they like, shed tears for the media and talk about being one nation but that time is over and there will be more of this type of violence to come. Hold onto you hats.

Your chronology is all wrong. UN data shows that at the time of Rambouillet Agreement there was 892 people registered by UNHCR as refugees in Macedonia, with the note that number in Albania is not known, as well as number of "internally displaced persons inside Kosovo, nor number of Serbs who left for Serbia".
Hundreds of thousands of refugees was something that happened after Rambouillet Agreement. In fact, they started comming after first week of bombing. So, you are trying to tell me that Rambouillet Agreement was presented due to refugees that were not refugees yet?
Up to the bombing, conflict in Kosovo was considered minor, given that there was around 2,000 deaths. 800 of those were Serbs. 40% !!!!
That was much higher percentage then percentage of Serbs in Kosovo, don't you think? And it's not that all Albanians were killed by Serbian government, either. We can all recall execution of all members of prominent Albanian family in Klina, in 1998. By KLA, on grounds that they are collaborators. But, never mind that now. Let's just blame Serbian government for all killed Albanians prior to bombing. 60% is less then their percentage of population???
Let's see US for second.
Blacks - 12% of population, and nearly 30% victims of police shooting.
81% of whites who were killed by cops were armed. 69% of blacks killed by cops were armed. etc.
I would say that they have more reasons to call for international protection then Albanians did...

And of course right to arrest any US citizen at will, or to use force as they think is appropriate.
Should US refuse, they can say that it is obvious who does not want the peace to prevail, and bomb bridges, power plants, hospitals, schools...etc.

All I can say to Sreten well said and well done! Good example to the world what the USA is all about! African American situation in the USA at the cross roads of a major calamity! African American people abused, neglected and rejected by the Arian race in the USA for many centuries now and the pot is about to boil over! The USA is about to impload within, the death of a nation before our eyes! Not a simple fix for white America, too many sins commited for God to heal! USA wants to impose and dictate some world order to the whole world and just look within the USA how the world order is disintegrating!!!

Should a minority in one country be dissatisfied with their treatment to the point that they start shooting at the police...well, we have experience how is that settled.
Just remember when Albanians started doing it in 90's.

I'd like to update by pointing out that when I logged onto to my site I noticed an article courtesy of Washington Post that may confirm that the shootings directed at Dallas Police was revenge for the killing of a black Minnesota & Louisiana man by police, certainly,I can mention that the motive of the killing of Dallas cops was that the assailant had a hatred of white people especially white police officials.

Ever since I learned of the shootings in Dallas,Texas I'm not surprised if the motive was revenge for the death of an African-American man at the hands of police in the state of Minnesota and another African-American male in Baton Rouge,Lousiana at the hands of police once again.
