I driven in Australia,USA,Britain and now Serbia.You find less accidents in Serbia.Their are less Traffic lights in Serbia!!In Western Countries people don't as well !

I hope Serbian officials know the difference between the meanings behind red and green lights. It won't be the first or last time Serbia has embarrassed itself.
