Despicable act regardless of who perpetrated it. Just wish some sanity would return to the inhabitants of this God-foresaken planet. Even the dead can't rest in peace as the living can't live in it either.

This is not the first time Serbs did this. Few days ago this happened too.

Exactly what makes this a Muslim burial ground? Muslim standards for burial are rather strict and the headstone shown already violates Muslim standards. The practice of Islam includes the purging of monuments and displays that are not Muslim compliant.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_funeral#Burial

I would say Muslims, probably Albanians, are the likely culprits in this vandalism.

Let it go man we know enough about your culture.
(Tony Pocesta, 5 July 2016 14:38)

Yes, we know this rarely if ever happens in Serbian culture. Croats on the other hand do to licence plates and Cyrillic signs what some Albanians do repeatedly to Serbian graves in Kosovo. I fully expect the people who did this to be caught and punished, unlike in Croatia where they're given sandwiches and juice boxes for being a good mob for the HSP or in Kosovo where it's blamed on playing kids or Ashkali. You're not fooling anyone with your pathetic arguments.

Hay Zoran, if the perpetrators are Serbian , are you still going to find a way to blame the Albanians ? Let it go man we know enough about your culture.
(Tony Pocesta, 5 July 2016 14:38)

This happens regularly in Albanian dominated regions and the perpetrators are never found. They quietly get a pat on the back. In this case, if they are Serbians and that is highly doubtful, they will be locked up soon enough. However, Albanians have a reputation for this type of work and Novi Pazar is right next to them.

Tony Pocesta

To Zoran and navi : you are right this is what Albanians do. They break tombstones and Serbs create massive great with babies in it. Happy now ? Are you proud of yourselves? Stop twisting things around , The time of communism it's up. Now everybody can see who is what

And i would ask now, how do you like Albanians coming here and calling all Serbs as savages for this act? This is what many, too many Serbs have done towards the Albanians often, too often. Seed and reap.

Anyway, the problem is not some savages desecrating some tombs, graves, a mosque or a church. There will always be some nuts who can kill their own mother for some money.

The problem is this savage mentality accusing an entire population for the act of some savages.

If Muslims in Serbia will blame all Serbs as "savages" and if Serbs will accuse all Muslims as IS terrorists there will be real troubles for Serbia.

If both Serbs and Muslims will condemn these kind of acts as the acts of some savages who are the enemy of both Serbs and Muslims Serbia will be united against the real terrorists. If not, you both will help the terrorists.

'Of course, you're here with your Serbophobia to inflate this entire situation'

You are the last person that should accuse anyone of intolerance or bigotry. If it was any non-Serb committing this act, you would be the first to label them a 'savage' while denouncing the whole nation as intolerant. Drop the act mate.

'Fact is, Serbia is the most religiously, ethnically and culturally diverse country in the entire region. No country has more minorities living within it than Serbia and that's because the overwhelming majority of Serbs are open, tolerable people'

No, the fact is that the minorities in Serbia have accepted it as their home country, rather than trying to claim parts of it for their own state (unlike the 'tolerant' Serbs did). It is primarily due to the minorities living within Serbia that make it diverse and tolerant, rather than your own deluded view of Serbian ethics and morality.

All I can say is shame on whoever did this.
Leave the dead alone. Hopefully the police will have luck in finding out who did this and deal with them.
I don't care if Serbs or anyone else did this. They need to be dealt with.

This is terrible. But it can happen anywhere there is hate in the world. The difference has to be how the state reacts when this happens. It would be just for the state to raise money to restore the cemetery, and to investigate and punish the culprits with fines and imprisonment.

Ever since the return of Seselj Serbia is turning once again into a fascist state. How dare they disturb the dead. Once again no comments from Vucic or Vulin. Serbia's record on treating minority's with respect is zero.

Let's be clear, I doubt that anyone is willing to put the entire Serbian populatio on trial because someone decided to act like an animal. This shouldn't be anyone's way of living. The important point is they get caught and serve a reasonable amount of time for behaving like an animal.

Of course, you're here with your Serbophobia to inflate this entire situation. Whether you really are Serbian or not, I have no way of knowing. I am still pretty certain you are not, but beside the point. Fact is, Serbia is the most religiously, ethnically and culturally diverse country in the entire region. No country has more minorities living within it than Serbia and that's because the overwhelming majority of Serbs are open, tolerable people.

The scum who did this are the exception, not the rule. And I hope they get what's coming for them.

Serbophobia? If you give a good look at my posts, you will realize that I don't hate Serbs, but I hate Serbia as it exists now, because it has, in my eyes, betrayed many of the beautiful things it stood for. I just want to make Serbia Serbia again. I believe that the truest Serbs are Vojvodina Serbs, and they are, indeed, tolerant. I would like it if Serbia changed its ruling paradigm, because right now, the government of Serbia is NOT representing the will of Serbian people, but merely its own interests.
