As far as Croatia is concerned, there are no longer any obstacles to Serbia opening chapters 23 and 24 in the country's EU accession negotiations.

The EU is clearly in panic mode. They must have given Croatia a swift kick in the butt.
The EU better hurry up and let Serbia in while anyone still gives a damn.

What a surprise. Croatia capitulates yet again. Where is B92's resident "Observer" to tell us how Europe hates Serbia and will never open up the chapters?! Not that I'm happy about this. It was the perfect alibi for Serbia to be on the EU path officially but not move any closer to this destructive bloc. But just shows how Observer needs to get his eyes checked.
