Hilarious.

Neither Bulgaria nor Romania still fulfill the acquis communautaire and shouldn't be in the EU, but they are. A political decision was made in.

Neither Croatia nor Slovenia should be in the EU, but a political decision was made to let them in. Neither fulfilled basic rights of minorites and justice.

Slovenia was admitted despite 20,000 very long term residents being made 'non people' since 1990, with no access to services, no identity cards or any rights at all.

Croatia was let in with a corrupt judicial service, blocking the return of 250,000 Serbs to Krajina and continued harassment of minorities in all walks of life, not to mention their glorification of their WWII war crimes and refusing to prosecute war criminals.

EU standards are more like guidelines for their favorites, and more like diktats for their enemies. Only a fool ignores the ample evidence of it being so.

Can any one of you honestly say that even a slight semblance of any one of these things actually exists in Serbia?

It exists as much as it exists in Croatia, Romania, and Bulgaria. But seeing as how you couldn't answer that question beyond saying they were "making sacrifices and doing what had to be done" while Serbia is "doing the opposite out of spite" without any evidence to show it, you neither have an answer to the question you posed, nor do you have the slightest idea of what the other three did and didn't do to get membership.

Can any one of you honestly say that this does not apply to Serbia besides Croatia and some uneducated albanians at this forum?

No, I can't, I'm just saying that EU has every legal right not to let us in just yet. But while Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria were making sacrifices and doing what had to be done, we were doing the opposite out of spite. So what favors have we given to the West for them to give us a pass?
