I guess you didn't notice that the article in your link talks about the Fiat UNO production in Serbia in 2011, and it therefore won't offset the production losses of the 500L.

One thing says all the Prime Minister of Serbia didn't meet with Fiat bosses
but with a country manager..
No Marchionne No Elkann only a poor manager for Serbia prime minister...

as usual B92 only reports half the story, and doesn't mention the most important part. Fiat will lay off 900 workers in Serbia, and another 600 working in supply related jobs will loose their jobs as well. Production is down considerably, and the future for Fiat in Serbia is not as rosy as you make it sound like.
