What's the point of having higher wage when food cost double!.

I see in May the average net salary from Serbia droped from 402 euro to RSD 43951 =>357 euro exactly soruce Serbia office statistics http://webrzs.stat.gov.rs/WebSite/Public/PageView.aspx?pKey=2 while in Romania it had grow up !
More than this in 2015 consumption fall down while Romania consumption equalised Croatia consumption !
