There are no guarantees that chapter 23 in Serbia's EU accession talks will be opened by the end of June (June 30).

Vojvodina just watch and learn lad. Serbia will not budge and Croatia will be told to sign up mate. Croatia's demands are only fodder for the Croat populace, its a diversion from the current poor economic conditions and worsening situation.

Croatia had to sign up on the protocols to finalize issues between Serbia and Croatia in Subotica. Despite Zagreb denying they were forced by Brussels, it is true they were told.
