You are not welcome there simple as that .(Tony Pocesta, 28 June 2016 19:33)

Can you please be more precise? Specifically who is welcome and who is not welcome?
Is there a legal document that prospective visitors may consult to determine whether they are welcome or not?

Tony, I fail to see the difference between killing someone and projecting a weapon at them with respect to savage behavior.
Can not a stone injure or kill? Does not a Molotov do damage and can potentially harm or kill a person? A bullet on its own is benign and requires projecting it at a target to behave savagely, as you so succinctly put it.
What you noted as savage behavior is indeed savage, but you can't simply throw a strawman into the mix and think that savage behavior is not savage behavior because it is somehow less savage in nature than another savage behavior; you can't loft an argument that no one is arguing as a defense.
It all starts when someone can not use their words and logic to get their desired point across, coupled with a grand sense of entitlement, so that when they don't get their way they act out like a child, like an uncivilized barbarian, like a savage.
