The clear winner of the referendum..... The US dollar.

I too believe that the US got bored of such brotherhood to become the single leader of the West. It was evident tha dollar will jump in such developments.

Who won the referendum, you ask? Leave? Or Remain?

According to a key surrogate marker, the sterling pound has lost more than 10% value vs the US dollar; the Euro has lost more than 5% overnight value vs the US dollar.

The clear winner of the referendum..... The US dollar.

--- but the most ancient and enlarged wish was Good Den; that is, Good Days; being a contraction of the Saxon Plural Day-en, a phrase which occurs several times in Shakspeare.

--- The first quotation says, good day-en => good den (contraction) => good e'en (false etymology and phonetic changes). The second says, good e'en => good den (phonetic changes).

--- In short,

good den derives from good dayen (1814)
good-den derives from good e'en, a contraction of good evening (1913)

--- The second certainly doesn't say it; it just says "good-den" was an evening greeting. The first in turn does not mention "good den" being really used as an evening greeting. I do think it strongly implies such usage but with an etymology different from Webster's.

--- Well, I'm very confused. I hope I made myself clear at least.

Wrong again coz in the middle ages both Serbs and the Scots (Scotia = Scythia) were “Russians” aka White Hordians aka Albanians.

None on the leave side has offered a clear explaination of the benefits of leaving apart from vague soundbites like "foreigners taking our jobs", "foreigners taking our benefits" (which are they taking, they cant do both!!), "taking sovereignty back", "stopping faceless beaurocrats", etc.

Seems to be standard across much of Europe, Russia and USA, blaming someone else for problems and looking for some magic fix.

If they do decide to leave the EU, the world will keep spinning, however who will be blamed in 5 years when the NHS is still shit and people still have no jobs.

Wrong again coz in the middle ages both Serbs and the Scots (Scotia = Scythia) were “Russians” aka White Hordians aka Albanians. That’s why the island was called Misty Albion. English language was formed in 17 century and even “Shakespeare” wrote sometimes things like

- Good den!
- Is it a good den?
- Yes it is a good den.

Meanwhile the battle of 1389 was a pure home affair of the Great “Mongol” Horde. It was a religious war when no nations were formed and Islam was still part of the Orthodox Church. All of a sudden Serbian aristocracy was vaporized after that battle because it had never existed separate from the Great Novgorod aristocracy. They cannot find where most of their Njemanici are buried because most were taken to Egypt where the aristocracy of the Great Horde buried (as pharaohs) in Geese aka Cossack Valley. Separate Serbian history started in 1613 after the fall of the Great Horde.

I am hoping that Britain remains. Have followed this closely and frankly, I do not see what scare mongering there's been from remain; all they have done is issue warnings as to the affects of a leave decision. I however have not come across a coherent explanation from the likes of Johnson and Gove about how Britain, so intertwined in EU trade deals could possibly not be affected by leaving. All they have ever said is we'll be fine, we'll be fine. Plus, tsay or leave, the EU will still continue, Britain will still be dealing with the bloc, in or out, so it seems logical to remain and at least try to influence it from within

pre 7 godina

It has been a dirty campaign for remain, with fear mongering and the politicisation of Jo Cox's murder. The extension of voter registration will also prompt a legal case so even if leave lose, there is a good chance another referendum will take place in a few years.

Ari Gold

I believe the scare tactics used by the elite will work the British people and they will vote remain. It is ridiculous however, especially considering the arguments that are being used. The economy will fall into recession, the UK will become isolated... all kinds of insane fear mongering to bully the people into staying. I think it will be close, but in the end remain will have it.

Regardless of what happens, the EU is doomed. Within the next 5 years I believe at least two of the following countries: Denmark, Italy, Holland, Austria, Sweden will vote on their membership status. If there are positive results in these cases, it might reopen the issue in the UK as well.

I wish the British people would have more confidence in themselves, sadly the majority will likely vote to cower away from taking back control of their own country.
