"Opening of two chapters by end of month not uncertain"

An end-of-June opening of chapters 23 and 24 in Serbia's EU accession talks has not been put in doubt, Tanja Miscevic said on Wednesday.

Opening the chapters shouldn't be a challenge for any country, closing them is quite a bit more difficult. If Serbia has trouble with opening them, it's a quite scary prospect for its people.
