Of course Nikolic should be happy since there is nothing that excites Serbs more than megalomaniac dreams about how Serbia is the center of the universe. The Serbian populace loves to hear Nikolic's megalomaniac dreams and might elect him again for that, which is why Nikolic should definitely be happy.

Luigi's point though is that on the practical side of things, it is much ado (paid for by the poor Serb taxpayers) about nothing.

But don't get discouraged. If you like the spiritual side of things (rather than the practical one about how to feed your family), you should definitively be happy like Nikolic :)
