You're laughing on the outside, but crying inside because you know it's true. Serbia can't advance toward the EU unless they meet Kosova's conditions and implement what they agreed to earlier.
Some Serbs keep saying the csm will run the Serbian municipalities. That is a lie. The csm is about talking and not about governing. There is no autonomy. All autonomy is abolished in the Brussels agreements. All municipalities in Kosovo have the same powers and all are under the Kosovo constitution. If there was any autonomy pristina would not be appointing police chiefs for Serbian areas.
Pristina picks a fight with Brussels. How exceedingly dumb. They seem to think that Berlin has endless patience with them when it is actually running out.
Yet, you've been getting grants and loans from the West, signed deals with NATO, who just bombed you not too long ago. How do you people live with yourselves knowing you have no backbone what so ever.

The big bail out loan Serbia got ,was from UAE at 1% percent(Nikolic,Vucic government) ,which Serbian government immediately paid off ,USA loans on 8% (TADIC government).Serbia aswell have big loans to China for the highway's corridors,that are getting build.Russia has given Serbia loans for the Railway Project's.
So Guest ,the major loans for Serbian deficient was given by UAE ,and rail projects by Russia and Highway's corridors by China.

Serbia is at its weakest point at this time. You have taken a bite far more than you can chew. You're in dispute with Kosovo, Croatia, Bosnia, and worst of all the West. West has been giving Serbia handouts, and you know damn well they control your government. You have a weak government that is indecisive about which direction they want to take, East or West. Yet, you've been getting grants and loans from the West, signed deals with NATO, who just bombed you not too long ago. How do you people live with yourselves knowing you have no backbone what so ever.
Since Pristina is either too lazy or too inept fulfill their end of the bargain because they always blame Serbia for the delay, let me help them:

The one bridge that's blockaded will be opened once ZSO establishes jurisdiction of KSF, which according to the Brussels Agreement, keeps them out of northern Kosovo.
"Parallel structures" will be rolled into ZSO once formed.
"No executive authority" must mean that ZSO hasn't the power of veto like RS has. Great! That was never part of the agreement so there's no point in refusing something that was never on the table.
