He no sooner returned to Belgrade than the government & the Prince were overthrown on the night of Mar 26-27, by popular uprising

The coup threw Hitler into one of the wildest rages of his life. He took it as a personal affront and in his fury made decisions which would prove utterly disastrous to the fortunes of the Third Reich
