Croatian Foreign Minister Miro Kovac said on Tuesday that Croatia's conditions are Serbia's obligation, and that without respecting those conditions there would be no progress in the Serbia's EU accession negotiations.
Yes,Mr Kovacs.Brussel would always change your mind,as well not puting others countries off with your Croatian Tantrum's . It's hard when money stop's coming into Zagreb from Brussels.Stubborness gets Croatia no where.
Hopefully Zagreb will change its stance against Belgrade.
