I know that Slovenia and Switzerland did so with some others of the bunch of honorable Kosovo politicians when they were traveling to or through their countries.

You forgot that Slovenia, Switzerland, Macedonia and Montenegro arrested the people because of Serbian warrants and later released them. None was extradited to Serbia because Serbia is misusing Interpol for their delusional accusations and all countries are fed up with this hunt for a ghost. UQK was later recognised by NATO as armed foreces and no country will extradit former fighters just because SErbia still lives in a state of denial.

"How do they cancel a warrant?
(Paul, 30 May 2016 22:38)

This article is misleading, Interpol doesn't issue warrants and doesn't cancel them. The interpol member states do that, which means Serbia must have canceled the arrest warrant.

What I don't understand is why other member states didn't arrest Thaci while the warrant was in power. I know that Slovenia and Switzerland did so with some others of the bunch of honorable Kosovo politicians when they were traveling to or through their countries.
