What Hartmann published and the uproar was merely a red flag. She is married to a Croat and the Croatian army stationed 40,000 troops in Bosnia-Herzegovina throughout the whole war. It was an open secret of the international community. Croatia was not sanctioned or bombed for this, nor was it even threatened.
The Croatian army ran many torture camps of Serbs civilians. Recently a former Croatian army officer, Azra Basic, a woman, was set to be deported from the U.S. to stand trial in Bosnia. She served at 3 torture camps for Serb civilians at the beginning of the Bosnian war.
The Croat army had already invaded and was running torture camps in the spring of 1992.

Why bring this up years later.

It really goes to show you that the Hague and the ICJ are a very murky place indeed where due process, legal protocol, and other conventions of Western jurisprudence really don't exist.
(Looker, 27 May 2016 03:01)

Can you please explain the logical connection between your first sentence (the cause) and the second sentence (the effect), if there is a logical connection, at all?!

Hartmann published redacted information from the Milosevic trial that clearly established the financial, logistical, military, administrative links between Serbia and Bos Serbs. The link was never refuted just wiped away with the contempt charge and the ongoing smear linked to that. The data is still there but as it is not acknowledged by due process it is dismissed. The real conspiracy is this action not the Mr Magoo bungling of Milosevic's early demise.

I find it laughable the suggestion that Milosevic was silenced by the Americans et al - he was a self preservationist and a political manipulator and would not take his secrets to the grave, he'd have his secrets on tap for revealing in the event of a threat. The suggestion that he'd be killed for them is the answer to why he was not.

I always hoped that he had a moment alone when he saw the horrors he had unleashed and his heart revolted. Or maybe that is the real conspiracy; the way we can redefine inhumanity for humanity.

It's a well known fact that there was rifampicin in his blood as it was in his prescription for high blood pressure. It was an open fact before this so called news was made. If it was taken secretly, someone would have to smuggle it which would make it murder.
And everyone has a right to get treatment, it is null to suggest that it's for other purposes as political pattern behind it is obvious to those who keep their eyes open to see.

This warrants a thorough investigation. If she knew that was happening while she was there why nothing was said before? She would need to reveal her sources and present evidence, or face the court for either obstructing its work or falsely accusing her previous employer.

As a former employee of the ICTY, her disregard for any minimal standard of direct evidence to support her judgement is fully consistent with the all other clowns of the ICTY. Laughable.
(Amnesty Yugoslavia, 26 May 2016 05:03)

As you said she is a "FORMER" employee of the ICTY and therefore she does not have any obligation for any minimal standard for direct evidence about anything she says and whatever she says has no more relation to the ICTY than what you might say.

Feel free though to direct your concerns to B92 since, somehow, the B92 employee who wrote this news story felt that what she was saying was important to write a news story about it, even though she did not present any direct evidence as you correctly pointed out.

The only party to benefit from Miolsevic's death was Serbia because a guilty verdict would definately led to War Crimes Compensation!

Why would the West want to "murder" Milosevic when so many Serbs call the West home...

Germany had to pay war reparations even with Hitler 's failed attempt to evade justice...

And so should Serbia....

They would be enslaved in debt for ever
Paying restitution for all theur infanous CRIMINALITY!

He was a high value prisoner so obviously he was watched very closely and the people around him.
Would this woman like to tell us who was supplying him with all this? Surely the cameras would pick up who was around him and what he was given so it wouldn't take long to work out who supplied him.
What a load of BS.

Hartman started off as an embarrassment of a journalist, then moved on to being an embarrassment of a ICTY spokeshole, and now is just a private gobshite embarrassment.

Not only does she conflate her opinion with fact, she believe she is above the law because she believe that whatever she does is right. She may not be a neocon, but like many other westerners she believes in her own exceptionalism which means she is not responsible for whatever she does. In short, a fool.

Problem really being that people just make things up in their head after reading BS propaganda. However, not even Hartmann suggests that he attempted to commit suicide, merely making himself sick so he could get treatment in Russia. Obviously your brain comes to incorrect conclusions based on lies and propaganda. As we can see, the tool is powerful and B92 is just an outlet for this type of BS.

Hartmann, apparently a member of the legal industry, should be aware of things like proofs and puddings, assumptions and allegations, and, opinions and facts and what the differences are.
this court and its appendages are showing themselves to be rather infantile in their understanding of these basic, and this is considering that various members of this illustrious cast have made unfounded, unproven allegations against various people, of various of the former yugo.
how hard up are they to retain their jobs that they need to drum up their own work by throwing a red-herring allegation into the mix so that we all remember these nobody's once again.
