Delays to ZSO "unacceptable" - Serb minister in Kosovo govt.

I'm for minority rights, and that is where it ends. ZSO, will not become another RS, which is catastrophic in Bosnia.

It is clearly evident that is what Serbs are fishing for, unfortunately it will not happen.

And get off the RS kick. ZSO is nothing like RS. ZSO is autonomous but has no control over what Albanians do because it doesn't have veto power in Pristina.

It is doubtful, from the noise coming from the peanut gallery, Serbia does not understand what it agreed to in Brussels.

ZSO will be a community of Serb Municipalities, not a RS (i.e. a republic within a federal state). It is bad enough that a ZSO is needed at all. If everyone in Kosovo would be respecting the minority rights and Kosovo authorities would fight ethnically motivated hate crimes, discrimination and selective justice instead of downplaying incidents, it wouldn't be needed at all.

If Kosovo it's a self declared independent country, according to the Serbs , then why do you need a zso ? Can somebody explain this to me?

1. its been agreed in that all Serbian illegal institutions are abolished.
2. it was agreed that ZSO will be as per Kosovo law and
3. Constitutional court will review as well its statue.

So what's the issue.

Why not leave the government then, why stay and repeat your self every day, dady dady I want my PS4...

No EU official has the balls to say Kosovo forget your constitution even if breaks your law. They all are about rule of law and keeping judiciary separate from politics.

That's funny since the only noise related to this is coming from the Albanians in Pristina. Serbia knows exactly what it signed. Albanian extremists are the ones throwing tear gas canisters in parliament trying to block its implementation.

The csm is not autonomous. Serbia explicitly agreed in Brussels that what the csm is about is putting a Serb face on Albanian laws. All serb autonomy in kosovo was abolished. That's why Albanians appoint the Serb police chief. Why Albanian laws govern Serb areas. That Albanian judges will decide all cases ultimately. if Albanian nationalists weren't so successful in their lie campaign saying it was a republika srpska for Kosovo it would already be in the beginning stages. Right now Albanians have made a big mistake in not moving forward because Serbs have been able to delay dealing with the charter of the csm having to say that the Laws of the sovereign and independent republic of Kosovo are the ultimate authority in all municpalities in the csm.
