@ Comm.parrison,
The prosecution called 90 some witnesses in Haradinaj trial. Of those only 2 didn't testify, while a third one was killed in a car accident by a drunken serb in Montenegro. Unless you are implying that somehow Serbia and Montenegro were interested in silencing the witness to exonerate Haradinaj I don't see a reason why this is brought as an example of witness intimidation. What about the testimony of 80+ witnesses which ICTY found no evidence of wrongdoing on Haradinaj part?

Good Idea. You should ready read the whole chapter about Witness Intimidation. Let me help you with the last part of it.

"The ICTY, refuted his statement and shortly thereafter the ICTY War Crimes Prosecutor responded to these allegations and claimed again that no ICTY witnesses had been murdered.[49] Two of the individuals listed by the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor(Sadik and Vesel Muriqi) turned out to still be alive."

Serb Propaganda again. I wonder if Serbia feels ashamed of being exposed for lying so often?! It seems like nothing that comes out of their mouth is true.

Yes, it will be the usual. The alleged KLA war criminal goes in, his clan mates eliminate, silence, threaten or bribe the witnesses, and shortly after, the alleged KLA war criminal leaves the court because cleared of charges cause 'he could not be proven guilty', - and the judge comments the verdict with the usual words 'lack of witness protection'
