Hague report on Serbia's cooperation "could be negative"

It is possible that the Hague Tribunal will file a negative report on Serbia's cooperation, Rasim Ljajic said on Thursday.

If, by "the hauge" you mean ICTY, then the above is an ignorant comment. ICTY is a UN Court not an EU court!

"I'm afraid that this will be used to further lobby against the opening of chapters 23 and 24," Ljajic said, referring to chapters Serbia's EU accession negotiations.

Might be. But if Serbia shelters people who intimidate, bribe and reveal the names of protected witnesses, everyone will understand that this is hardly compatible with 'cooperation'. If these persons won't be extradited, Serbia should at least prosecute them before a Serbian court.
