It has reached a point where Serbia is only hurting itself, and nobody else. Nobody will understand their behaviour anymore, accept for Putin-Russia. Serbia is isolating itself more and more, and does anything to alianate it's neighbors, the EU, and the rest of the world.

How miserable could a nation be to a point where they will do anything possible to stop another new neighboring country from participating in a sport game, they themselves enjoy? How selfish?
Sadly they will not be able to reverse any of the decisions whether it is FIFA or UEFA. They will only show the world how spineless Serbian politicians are.
