From Azir the coward of B92: "Reconcilation is impossible with out JUSTICE!"

This coming from someone who said the Jasenovac death was a good thing and openly praised the Nazi Ustasha on this board. Spoken like the true coward that he is!

Ned: The apple doesn't fall far from the tree (serbia/russia).

The main reason serbs turned in fugitives from justice had to do with reward $$$$$

LK: I think it's harsh to bracket Serbia with Russia. The former extradited Karadzic, Mladic, Milosevic and Seselj. I'm not sure if I could name a single Russian who has been extradited. What is more worrying in Serbia is that corruption and nepotism are rampant and that little of any effect is being done.

"But a judge in charge of preliminary proceedings ruled that conditions for this have not been met, as Serbia is under obligation to extradite only those of its citizens accused of the most serious war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity.

This obligation does not apply to contempt of court cases, the SRS said in a statement said earlier in the day."

Correct, the obligation is only for suspects in war crime cases. And now, just like it is usual in Kosovo, people who bribe, intimidate or eliminate witnesses in war crime cases are protected - this time by the sate of Serbia.
Conclusion: Balkans, it's all the same mentality. Congratulation.

This seems like a sensible decision for 3 reasons. Firstly, as the judge said, extradition to the Hague for contempt of court is not obligatory, secondly Seselj has been found not guilty of the charges and thirdly the Hague Tribunal must have better things to do with its dwindling time.
