We have only a territorial issue to be solved but it does not mean wiping you off the surface.

Russian terrorism. Most Slavs don't want to be associated with Russians. Only some Serb nationalists and radicals who live in the past do. That's why Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, and Bulgaria are part of NATO and want very little to do with Russia.

Can anybody explain to me this interesting idea. that a 'missile defense shield', i.e. anti-missile weapons which are inherently defense weapons can be seen as a 'threat'?

What is the harm of "defensive weapons"? Defensive weapons also let you launch aggression with impunity. Bullet proof vests can be used in terrorist attacks.

And of course a missile launcher can be used to launch missiles for any reason, defensive or aggressive.

Russia just got what it asked for, and that is only the beginning. Remember how the Soviet Union lost the arms race and fell apart. The same will happen again. Russia is broke, the economy falling apart, and everything is in a downward spiral. The situation will even get worse, and at a certain point public mood will turn against their fascist leader Putin. Bloodthirsty dictators like him never survived in history. Serbia should know that from it's current history as well. A dictatorship like Russia has no future.

However, let’s look at this scenario; the Russians bring in their jamming equipment into that part of Moldovia they control and switch it on and it can cover up to 600 kilometres – result no communications, airflights or anything electronic working in nearly ½ of Europe.

Yes it went close to 12 mile zone, but its helicopters (two Blackhawks) were non-operational and on deck and the main radar system was switched off. This is standard international procedure when entering another nation’s territorial waters.

The Soviet Union put offensive missiles in Cuba that carried nuclear warheads which could destroy any American city within minutes. Again you are just showing how ignorant you are by not understanding the difference between a missile that carries a nuclear warhead and a missile that does not carry any warhead at all (not even a warhead with conventional explosives). You don't need to be a four-star general to understand such a simple thing!
