It's hard to see a solution to the Kosovo question without war
(AZ if, 12 May 2016 16:23)

Well, as far as Kosovo is concerned, the solution has been found and Kosovo has moved on. So, I'm not sure who wants to start a war and for what?!

Serbia owes nothing financial to the vast majority of Kosovan Albanians, they bought the misery upon themselves behaving like feral savages towards minorities within the borders of that previously autonomous hell-hole.It's hard to see a solution to the Kosovo question without war but making up fairy stories in the style of the Grimm brothers Azir will not get you any goody-goody points. Lies and hyperbole rarely achieve any permanent success and your comments always fall into these categories. Carry on if it floats your boat but rest assured no one's listening to your BS. You would be better advised to spend some time apologizing to the hundreds and thousands of real Kosovans who your selfish and brutal behavior drove away.

Stan:

How much is 100 years of Occupation of Kosova by Serbia worth?

What about over 12,000 murdered Kosova during 1990's?

And the Billions serbian war criminals stole from Kosovars...

All the looting.....arson...
Billions in property damage and destruction!

Serbia owes atleast one Trillion dollars between murdered Kosovars and all of the above....

AND YOU WILL PAY!

Don't mean to sound ungrateful but 200 million a year is peanuts for a country like Serbia, that had been destroyed by NATO to the tune of 100 billion.
How much has that hellhole Kosovo* received I wonder.

*I've worked in these EU-funded projects. Most of the money goes back to the "experts", who are far from being actual experts, that they send from the EU to work on these projects. Almost all of the projects are won by consultancies/consortia based in the EU. So very little of this money actually stays in Serbia.*

Tell it like it is Lino, again and again, it cannot be stressed enough! This money is used to line the pockets of western consultants. Serbia's economy has tanked since all this EU meddling and donations. They help themselves to the jobs and fees, and it is even worse with the loans because Serbia's taxpayers and budget are on the hook to pay back those.

And what of the preceeding 5+ years when much of EU aided and abetted with US via NATO in firstly continuing sanctions followed by complete destruction of infrastructure and then continued into the "15 years" with the farce of economic stabilisation and transition that completed annihilated the economic well being of Serbia and Montenegro - decimating its export potential with a pegged (rigged) rate with intention of wiping out all manufacturing capacity..
