Serbia should try to get more construction jobs in China or with Chinese construction companies. There is ten thousand times more construction activity there than in Serbia, and I don't think Serbs would be cheated the way they are with some of those Russian jobs got through shifty channels - like the Serbian and Bosnian-Serbs who built for the Sochi Olympic games and were worked day and night, but in the end not paid.
