Prosecution announces Seselj case appeal to Appeals Chamber

Justice is slow, but you can't escape from it forever.

I hope this psychopath gets locked up until he dies and that his ideas die with him.

Things Seselj said in public:

"We will now be slaughtering Croatian people using rusty spoons."
"The only thing this court can accept is to suck my ****."

The Hague clowns can run around and appeal all they like but it all over as Seselj is not going back. I thought I have seen some buffoonery in my life, but the Hague Tribunal takes the cake.
Remember Serbia was never told about Seslj's release and took absolutely no responsibility for him so any decision by the swinging apes of the tribunal can go and jump in the lake LOL.

I've been to Bulgaria and Romania several times last year and considering what Serbia has been through, conditions are worse in both countries than in Serbia. However, I would avoid relying too much on information from Wikipedia. If you look at the chart you will see that places like the Baltic countries and Montenegro have a higher minimum wage than Serbia, but neither have any industry, particular Montenegro. Where do they get this income from? Tourism? That only lasts 3 months of the year.
Then you look at Croatia, it has higher wages than the Czech Republic. I’ve been to both and the Czech Republic is far superior in living standards to Croatia.
Most of this information is BS.

"Judgements" at the ICTY are not based on law and have no association with any recognized jurisprudence. The verdicts and appeals at the ICTY are saturated with illogic and contradiction. Analyzing the opinions of the three judges in the Seselj case, you realize that these three individuals actually didn't hear the same evidence! In physical fact, one of the judges actually missed the entire trial. The two other judges, although they sat next to one another during the trial, came to two diametrically opposed conclusions; neither based on any logic or jurisprudence. Such inconsistent writings in most courts would normally result in scandal and dismal of judges. At the ICTY however, this is "standard operating procedure", and is the reason reputable jurists around the world have long ago dismissed the ICTY as a laughable circus.

The only good thing that happened to Serbia was a politican like Vucic. He probably hate all the neighbors around even more than Sesel, but he know how to camouflage himself. He is trying to show a "new” face of the Serbian nation, but for sure not the real one, no?
Let Seselj show the true face of Serbian nation.
Let Seselj go in conflict with all the neighbors around, because I'm curious what you will gain actually.
Honestly, I believe that soon or latter Serbian nation will fall down again…, ( just matter of time ), you can’t stand in equilibrium if you choose unbalanced leaders.

LOL pointing a camera at you people and watching you go at it isn't "bad propaganda", it's just raw journalism. People don't need to make up stories about Albanians when Albanians write their own stereotypes :)

I don’t need a camera, I know how to read through the eyes – but for sure you need one – and put it to yourself to realize what kind of mollusc you are. Do it sugar, you will know better yourself, oh yes, the reality must be “hard” to accept, but soon or later you had to face it. Who fear its own stereotypes just raise them.

He didn't say the first thing, he himself says the second quotation was a joke (which is supported by the fact that he was on a light-hearted talk show when he said it), and as for the third, he only said it in court because the prosecutor asked him to read an article that he, Seselj, had written earlier. Check your facts more carefully.
