Russia and Serbia "remain strategic partners" - Shoigu

Unfortunately, Serbian people seem to think that Russia is Serbia's (or anybody's) friend. They conveniently ignore the fact that almost every country that was once on Russian side now hates Russia and Russians. Why do you think that is? Do you really think we would be the only ones they wouldn't attempt to russify?

We are missing the last opportunity to get into the inner (very loose term by now) circle of EU and NATO and provide security for our people and all other people living in our country.

It all starts by making a choice: We either join EU sanctions against Russia or Russian sanctions against EU. Then, once we're firmly on one side, we will have some say in their organization. You can't sit on two chairs at the same time. Sooner or later, they will start moving apart and you will have to choose which one you take.

Unfortunately, too many people are thinking irrationally and choosing Russia instead of "that evil West" that everyone is trying to move to because they are "our friends". Our politicians, on the other hand, understand that we have to turn to the West, but don't have enough courage to enforce it despite popular opinion, so they stick with neutrality, probably the most damaging course possible.

Don't worry Vojvodina not loose any sleep, you Shqiptars worry to much who is Serb's company of friends,and which direct Serbia is heading!.You remind me of a jealous ex-girlfriend, and cannot move on and you should worry about your Tirania or Pristina!

2 Russia,Belarus, Kazakhstan
3 UAE ,Iran
4 China,Japan,South Korea

It's nice to see Vojvodina, that you are concern about Serbia!. If only you Shqiptars could show your concern at Tirana, and Pristina, being stuck in the mud,and do something to kick start them!.

Idiotic comment as Serbia is the only place where the Russian spirit of the winners is still alive. So we don’t need to Russify those who mentally are Russians already. 450 years ago we were one state and spoke one language with little regional differences. Serbs made the elite of the Great Horde and particularly of the Great Princedom of Bulgaria sometimes called Little Russia or Rashka. Then they became part of the elite of the Slavic Ataman Empire with it capitol in Stan Bulgar. What Russification are you talking about after so many rapings? Do you like it when every single son-of-a-bitch comes to beat you under NATO’s cover and then they rob, demonize and teach you how to live? Because of such Otpor “serbs” the country is still there in the asshole.

As an Albanian trying to pass yourself of as something else you can list all the great things that the west has done for Kosovo. Now real things not imaginary ones.
It never ceases to amaze me how bewitched people can become with the west and yet most things around them tell the opposite. Let’s start with Romania or Bulgaria, or perhaps Hungary. How have they succeeded since siding with the west?

Demonstrate the strength of that Russia-Serbia alliance by sending us some state of the art weaponry. Walk the walk and talk the talk!!!

I think they already offered. I think it's the occupier nato that does not allow it. It's not because "there is no money." Just recently when Rogozin was in town sellout vucic right away grabbed microphone to reassure his masters "we don't have money for this."

So what!,Serbian might be encircled by NATO!.Serbia is in the middle of Europe and of course it will have Europe border countries and not Asia.
Look at your Map, Azir the clown. Shqiptars is encircled by non- friendly countries Serbia,Macedonia (Kumanovo killings didn't help),Greece, Montenegro, and Italy (that wishing for longer sea divide).
Even the Turk's hate you Shqiptars, and are investing more capital in Serbia.

Neither it is true nor it's an eastern bazar! Living 500 years in Europe didn't make Serbs better. Please get rid of this bargain mentality. I am very upset with the last voting because I pity Serbs whilst Russia is self-sufficient. But you missed a chance to raise your heads this time and your children will tell it to you. 450 years ago we were one people and Russian elites imposed here Serbian version of the Slovenski language later spoiled by Austrian spy Karadjic. And we didn't bargain when we set you free from the Ottomans or when we had to keep our 4-th army in Serbia during Borodino Battle. So did General Obradovic who kept the center of our army in that battle after General Bagrationi was killed at 9 a.m. Lots of Serbs whom you never heard would tell you the same so don't bring this Jewish element to our relations. Shame on you!

I agree however, what in your opinion can and will Nato do should we accept this weaponry? They already took Kosovo and should they cause further problems, the Russians would be there this time. Let's face it, Russia needs us more than we need them. If we go, that will have been the end of any European influence? We Serbs are sellouts. We don't have any politicians with balls.
