"OSCE reports orderly completion of voting in Kosovo"

I thought Kosovo (all of it) is Serbia :)

But it seems that there are not many 'Gypsies' left in he independent dream state of Kosovo, otherwise not only 44% of the eligible persons would had voted, but 111% or so, like it is customary in central Kosovo when elections are organized by the 'Kosova administration'
