Of course you have better results,since each roma aka gypsies were paid 30 euros each for voting in your party's favor. Roma/gypsies from south Mitro were rushing to go to north Mitro to collect 30 euros and cast their vote.

But it seems that there are not many 'Gypsies' left in he independent dream state of Kosovo, otherwise not only 44% of the eligible persons would had voted, but 111% or so, like it is customary in central Kosovo when elections are organized by the 'Kosova administration'
