here is the difference between voting in foreign countries and the voting in kosovo
(Aleks, 24 April 2016 21:33)

You finally got the instructions :) It took some time... But still they are not well thought lol
----------

in foreign countries you have to actually go to an embassy or consulate to cast your vote if you have dual citizenship, but in kosovo the vote was organized by serbia's authorities with the assistance of the osce on the actual territory ...
(Aleks, 24 April 2016 21:33)

So, who did organize the vote for Serbia's elections in foreign countries?! The Zimbabwean authorities?!
----------

jokes is on the albanians who actually think that kosovo is independent ... if it was why is there a vote being organized on its territory by the serbia authorities ..
(Aleks, 24 April 2016 21:33)

If Germany is independent, why is there a vote being organized on its territory by the serbia authorities?
----------

serbia still has control and influence in kosovo whether the albanians want to admit it or not
(Aleks, 24 April 2016 21:33)

Of course Serbia still has control and influence in Kosovo for those people that want to be influenced and controlled by Serbia, like Kosovo has control and influence in Serbia for those people who want to be influenced and controlled by Kosovo, and so on. It's a matter of personal choice whom somebody wants to be influenced and controlled from...

Because thats how the civilized world works. A swiss, german, us, english... You name it can vote almost anywhere in the world for general elections because they allow immigrants to vote in their countries too. But thats how normal states work, something you nor serbia does not understand. Ever heard of minority rights?!

Who cares where they are counted.

The bigger question is:

i thought K was independent?

Why are people living on the territory of K voting in Serbia's election?

The Republic Of Kosova!!!
Democracy at its best!!!
